The responsibilities revolve around capability uplift in the BA and Projects team. This includes but not limited too.

• Planning training across standards and ways of working
• Planning training across best practice in terms of tool us – Jira etc
• Planning training across Agile ways of working
• Process uplift and looking at career paths
• Building a trusting and collaborative team culture
• Work with leaders across the organization to understand priorities and outcomes.
• Work closely with resource management team

The successful candidate will have clear strong experience as a Practice Manager across project resources. You will be a natural leader and enjoy driving capability across a large group and you will have knowledge of best practice and tool use.
