The role

Growth has led to a rare opportunity to join this Performance Improvement team based in either Melbourne. This role reports to the Executive Director, but has visibility across the organisation, as well as to a variety of clients.

 The candidate

Suitable candidates for these positions will have relevant tertiary qualifications combined with a minimum of 3 - 5 years experience, ideally with some of this time spent working in management consulting or professional services. You will demonstrate a strong desire to diagnose and solve complex commercial issues, with attention for detail and a strong financial or operational skillset. You will have strong analysis, financial modelling and report development skills, and feel comfortable using your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders to successful outcomes. Domestic travel is required.
