As an ambitious, smart and purpose driven leader, your personal qualities will be a perfect match for The Hunger Project which has the ambitious global mandate to create a world without hunger. As the role title suggests, you will be comfortable in securing and retaining investment partners from generous individual donors, private and public trusts and foundations, global investors, and community fundraising campaigns.
You will also have a strong belief in the power of local endeavours to address global inequity. Through The Hunger Project you will learn about how improvements across health education, adult literacy, nutrition, improved farming and food security, water and sanitation all assist in alleviating hunger. You will be part of the team that identifies critical projects, and then you’ll wrap your team’ s focus around the strategic, revenue and impact reporting that addresses and reports on progress.
You’re strategic and relationship driven, you understand that together we can do more. Beyond being an inspiring leader for your team of 4, you’re also a highly self-motivated colleague and a reliable and engaging partner to external stakeholders and investors.

Regarding remuneration, you could earn more in finance, however you will be able to bank the daily sense of purpose and satisfaction that comes from achieving local targets and global impact. And in any case, the remuneration is attractive against sector benchmarks. Office is based in Sydney CBD.
