This role is with a well-established and respected real estate company in Armadale. As they continue to grow and make strides in the industry, they are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to contribute to our success.
The Role:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO.
- Coordinating the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.
- Managing the office's day-to-day operations and serving as the point of contact for various stakeholders.
- Overseeing IT support and acting as the OH&S Officer.
- Interacting professionally and confidently with internal and external contacts.
- Demonstrating the ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
- Adapting to changing priorities and communicating effectively.
- Taking meeting minutes when necessary.
- Supporting the production of marketing materials.
- Coordinating marketing efforts, including events and mailouts.
- Collaborating with external consultants, such as graphic designers and communications/PR professionals.
- Promote the company's mission, values, and goals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders.
- Efficiently manage the office and coordinate activities.
- Prepare and organize the company's activities calendar.

- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Office 365; experience with CRM databases is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a similar role with a focus on discretion and confidentiality.
