This role is with a well-established and respected real estate company in Armadale. As they continue to grow and make strides in the industry, they are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to contribute to our success.


The Role:

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO.
  • Coordinating the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.
  • Managing the office's day-to-day operations and serving as the point of contact for various stakeholders.
  • Overseeing IT support and acting as the OH&S Officer.
  • Interacting professionally and confidently with internal and external contacts.
  • Demonstrating the ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
  • Adapting to changing priorities and communicating effectively.
  • Taking meeting minutes when necessary.
  • Supporting the production of marketing materials.
  • Coordinating marketing efforts, including events and mailouts.
  • Collaborating with external consultants, such as graphic designers and communications/PR professionals.
  • Promote the company's mission, values, and goals.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Efficiently manage the office and coordinate activities.
  • Prepare and organize the company's activities calendar.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Office 365; experience with CRM databases is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a similar role with a focus on discretion and confidentiality.
